3. No Custody and No Real Trading

Simora does not connect to wallets, does not access private keys, and does not move or store any assets. All activity within Simora is simulated.

You are solely responsible for how you use Simora and for any trading decisions you make outside of Simora.

5. Limitation of Liability

Simora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or decisions arising from the use of Simora.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Simora at any time without notice.
